The team has a range of talents in research, education and clinical specialities. We are looking for a talented academic to lead and manage a team of lecturers and be an active member of the School's Senior Executive Team. The School has Pre-Registration Degree programmes in Midwifery, all four fields of Nursing, post-registration degrees and is developing new programmes in health related subjects. In the complete University guide 2017 we were ranked 7 th in the UK for Nursing and Midwifery and have exceptionally high quality indicators, as evidenced through external metrics.

As School Director of Undergraduate Programmes, you will be proactive in the overall management of the pre-registration and other identified programmes offered by the School of Nursing and Midwifery.

You will have a strong academic background and proven leadership qualities. You will be registered as a Nurse with the NMC, and at a minimum will possess a Master's Degree in a Health or Education related subject.
