Cellcm Chartered Surveyors was established in 2004 and is one of the UK’s leading professional telecoms property consultancies. From its offices in Leamington Spa, Newcastle Upon Tyne and Stirling the company provides specialist telecoms property advice to land, property and business owners with mobile phone masts, aerials, antennae and telecommunications apparatus located on their land and buildings.

The three Directors of the company are now seeking a conscientious, reliable and loyal PA/Secretary to assist them in their day to day operations.

Purpose:

To provide PA and administrative support to the Directors of Cellcm Chartered Surveyors and partial admin support to the fee earning professional staff.

Key responsibilities:

  • Co-ordinating the directors’ diaries - arranging internal and external meetings, making travel arrangements and hotel bookings, booking catering, conference calls,
  • Monitoring confidential inboxes on a daily basis ensuring emails can be dealt with as quickly as possible
  • Typing Directors day to day correspondence and reports
  • Preparing regular reports to clients
  • Preparing for board and client meetings and taking minutes/summary of actions as required as well as circulating agendas/enclosures in advance.
  • Maintaining an accurate filing system for the Directors plus day to day filing for key documentation
  • Answering telephones, screening calls and redirecting queries
  • Maintain staff leave records
  • Coordination of the Company’s external consultants and suppliers
  • Ordering stationery and office/IT supplies as required
  • Maintaining the firm’s website, posting news articles and company updates
  • Ensuring the smooth running of Cellcm Chartered Surveyors’ Leamington Spa offic

Skills, Competencies, Knowledge, Experience & Qualifications required (E - Essential, P - preferable)

  • Well organised and able to manage a busy workload E
  • Experience in managing multiple email accounts and inboxes E
  • Excellent copy and audio typing skills (RSA stage iii or equivalent) E
  • Good level of IT office applications including Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc. E
  • Good standard of grammar and spelling E
  • Ability to prioritise and act without supervision E
  • Previous experience at managerial/senior PA level P
  • Full UK driving licence P
  • Experience of working in a small business environment P
  • Knowledge and experience of property administration in the telecoms sector P

Benefits

  • A competitive salary (£25k to £28k, £16,667 to £18,500 pro-rata), commensurate with experience, with regular reviews
  • 16.5 days holiday a year (pro-rata), rising with each year of service to a max of 18.5 days (plus bank holidays)
