Temporary role to commence 21st May for approximately 2 months based in Oswestry.

You will be providing a face to face Customer Service role to residents of Shropshire Council, handling enquiries about services, helping customers apply for services and report issues, handling paperwork and verification, dealing with homelessness and customers in crisis situations.

This role may involve travel to other sites within the Shropshire area - flexibility required, own transport essential.

You will be required to work Monday - Friday 32.5 hours per week.

Pay rate GBP8.86
