We are currently recruiting for an intern Personal Assistant for our Business Development Manager at our head office in West Bromwich.

The post holder will play a key role in ensuring that high quality administrative secretarial support is provided to the Manager and they will be responsible for producing selective reports and correspondence on behalf of the manager.

Responsibilities and Duties:
• Prioritising and bringing key correspondence to the attention of the Business Development manager.
• Producing draft responses for approval/signature or forwarding to the most appropriate person/department for action.
• Nurturing and developing relationships with key customer accounts.
• Using internal CRM systems to trace communication.

The role will require:
• Proven ability to prioritise workload and use own initiative.
• Demonstrate ability to undertake projects, analysis, fact finding and administrative actions
• Ability to analyse and interpret information to produce clear accurate reports
• Excellent time management, prioritisation and organisational skills.
• Minute taking
• Well-developed interpersonal and communications skills
• Tenacious ability to work in a busy, challenging environment whilst meeting agreed deadlines.
• Ability to relate to staff at all levels in the organisation, demonstrating excellent customer care skills
• Confident and self-motivated with ability to use own initiative
• Trustworthy and capable of demonstrating exemplary standards of confidentiality
• Reliable and committed to the achievement of agreed objectives and activities
• Able to work flexibly to ensure tasks are completed within agreed timescales
