A quirky and modern Recruitment agency in a trendy office space specialising in Social Housing, Social care and the UK Property sector have an opporutnity to join their West Bromwich team.

We're looking for an Administrative / Office genius with the skills, professionalism, work rate and experience to set up administrative procedures in place.

The company
Part of a 250m turnover group we're on the verge of taking the Support living and Residential market by storm. As an agency for 2017 figures we have around 70% interview to offer success rate, 9/10 interviewees attending interviews and we only work on roles exclusive to us. As such we have an amazing success rate for our candidates and clients alike.

The role
We're looking for an Administrative genius with the skills, work rate and experience to set up administrative procedures in place
Manage incoming queries from Candidates and clients over email and phone
Working with an inhouse CRM system, Microsoft Outlook and Word (possibly excell occasionally)
Amending CV's prior to being introduced to clients
Arranging interview confirmations etc to be sent out via email
Working with the Group Recruitment Director to identiy potential CV's and applicants for active roles (no calling to candidates involved)
Administration and organisation focused role
