We have been retained by a well-established manufacturer of bespoke products. As a result of expansion, growth and continued development they have retained our services to source a HSE Assistant to join the business and work collaboratively with the QHSE Manager to introduce and embed a proactive HSE culture across the business.

This role will report to the QHSE Manager and will be responsible for supporting the function in ensuring compliance and progression across the business, to include:

• To focus on the Environmental audits and compliance
• Managing the waste permit process
• Health and Safety investigations and audits
• Supporting the Production Team Leader’s in investigations and preventative measures
• Producing and managing KPI data

An experienced HSE assistant within a manufacturer, you will be engaging and passionate. You will either have your IOSH or NEBOSH and will be proven in a HSE capacity. You will have excellent attention to detail, be organised and will be approachable with good communication skills.
