Our client located in North Birmingham are seeking a Planning Coordinator on a temporary to permanent basis.

We are seeking to engage with candidates who are motivated, have great Customer Service skills and able to work within a fast paced environment.

Hours of work:
9:00am – 5:00pm Monday to Friday, occasional evening/weekend working is required

Duties will include:
• Taking inbound and outbound calls
• Coordinating with management, field staff and customers
• General administration

The ideal candidates will have the following skills/experience:
• Able to work within a busy team environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure
• Good geographical knowledge
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate with people at all levels
• Excellent PC skills
