Our fantastic client in North Birmingham requires an experienced Transport Administrator to join their busy team.

The ideal candidate must possess the following experience and skills…
• Assist in the daily operation of the vehicle fleet
• Allocate fuel account
• Allocate vehicle supplier account
• Arrange supplier to collect / deliver vehicles
• Arrange MOT and servicing within renewal timeframes whilst ensuring vehicles are compliant at all times
• Arrange tracker installs and with service provider and vehicle supplier
• Arrange tracker services within supplier guidelines
• Arrange payment for parking / congestion / dart charges
• Assist in chasing vehicle breakdowns and previous day hires
• Assist resolving invoice queries
• Assist on ordering and issuing of vehicles and fuel cards
• Submit vehicle costs to Payroll
• Raise order numbers and invoices
• Raise phone orders
• Send trackers to depots
• Assist the procurement team in overspill of telephone and admin duties
