Are you an experienced administrator looking for a new challenge within one of the UK’s top Environmental Consultancies?

My client is on the look-out for an enthusiastic Appointments Clerk/Administrator to join their energetic team within the Asbestos Department!

You will be responsible for the inputting of data onto in-house systems, maintaining asbestos sample and survey databases, managing asbestos surveyor appointments and general administrative duties which include answering the phone and taking messages, operating general office equipment, maintaining electronic and hard copy filing systems and any additional tasks requested by the office manager.

Essential Requirements:

* Previous experience of working within an office based environment
* Good level of IT skills and proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Packages
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
* Excellent organisation skills with the ability to manage own workload effectively
* Experience of working within an Environmental Consultancy is highly desirable
* Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
