Legal Secretary - Residential Conveyancing, Kenilworth
We are seeking an experienced residential conveyancing legal secretary for a well established, reputable law firm, based in Kenilworth, Warwickshire.
Duties include audio typing, opening, closing, storage and retrieval of client files, recording information on a case management system, setting up new files, and ensuring that the client's details are kept up to date. You will also be responsible for maintaining an appointment diary and regularly attending to clients in person and on the telephone.
Suitable candidates will have sound experience of the residential conveyancing process, a legal secretarial background, a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, excellent audio typing and copy typing skills and previous experience of using a case management system.

This is a full time, permanent position. Hours of work are 9 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday. Immediate start available.
