A family based property investment company based in Henley in Arden are looking to recruit a customer focused Property Administrator to join their team on a permanent contract. The company ethos is to provide an excellent level of communication and customer service to their valued clients.

About The Position
The main responsibility of this position is to:-
• Liaise with purchaser/solicitor to meet tight exchange/completion deadlines.
• Organising hand-over packs for purchasers.
• Ensure all databases are updated and maintained accurately
• Efficiently dealing with all telephone/email communications
• Extensive liaison with clients, attending meetings as required
• Collating management information to produce reports in order to meet deadlines

Required skills and experience:
• Experience working within property industry with knowledge of post-sale paperwork
• Good working knowledge of Word, PowerPoint and Excel is a must
• The ability to work well under pressure
• Outstanding Customer Service
• Outstanding communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail

The successful applicant
• Must have experience of working in a fast paced role
• Have excellent rapport building and written skills
• Be a team player, as well as the ability to work independently
• Have good IT skills (MS Outlook & Excel)
• Must drive due to the location of the office

The working hours are 8.30-5.30pm Monday to Friday with a basic salary on offer of between £18-22,000 depending on your experience. You will be working in a beautiful location and be able to really learn more about property and development as wel as developing your own career
