Company - Leading manufacturing company.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join the team of a leading manufacturing company based in West Bromwich.

The role will involve some elements of finance/ order checking, drawing management and data processing; it may require some technical training at times to understand the tasks but mainly the aim of this person is to operate at the heart of the team and provide continuous motion to core processes.

Duties include:

Checking orders against quotations and ensuring the design office information is in place, to enable the company to supply.
Uploading designs to the production management system to transfer information from design to production departments.
Maintain design enquiry logs
Check incoming enquiries to ensure enough information is present
Liaising with customers to obtain design approval
Compiling or amending quotations under instruction from design team
Producing quotations from established price lists/core ranges
Providing general administrative support to the designers

Minimum of 12 months administration/ customer services experience within a fast paced environment (ideally design or manufacturing environment).
Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
Excellent telephone manner.

Location - West Bromwich

Salary - £18000

Hours - 8.30am-5.00pm Monday to Friday
