A new opportunity has become available for an experienced Office Manager to join a well-established company based in Brownhills.

As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing the sales office staff and understanding and implementing business strategy.

Salary £25,000 - £30,000 depending on experience.

Job specification

• Managing and building first class customer relationships

• Works liaison, order programming and management

• Liaising with customers dealing with queries and pricing

• Booking transport and managing any shortfalls

• Raising sales invoices

• Managing returns and understanding warranties

• Managing stock levels consistent with sales demand

• Liaising with internal sales

Candidate

• Excellent IT Skills including Microsoft Word and Excel

• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

• Have the ability to prioritise workloads

• Team player

• Excellent attention to detail

• Punctuality

• Enthusiastic and self-motivated
