The Organisation:

The Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to gain experience in all aspects of HR, working as part of a well-established HR team reporting directly to the HR Manager. (For further details please see the job description attached)

Over the course of the two year Apprenticeship you will work towards gaining a Level 3 Apprenticeship framework in Human Resources Practice and will gain a Level 3 CIPD in Human Resources. During the duration of this contract we will also subsidise your CIPD student membership.

What you will need:

As the Human Resources function plays a leading role in supporting managers to ensure that employment considerations are fully understood and implemented the successful candidate will need to have a desire to work in a busy HR function, be forward thinking, have strong communication, organisational and team working skills and have excellent interpersonal skills. (Please see the Full Person Specification Below)
