Care UK are looking to hire a Personal Assistant to our Contact Centre Management (CCM) Team as part of our NHS 111/Integrated Urgent Care (IUC) service. This job is a permanent, full time position, working 37.5 hours per week during standard office hours. The job will mainly be based at our NHS 111 call centre in Brierley Hill, however you may be required to travel between other Care UK offices from time to time. The NHS 111 and IUC services deliver a 24/7 non-emergency telephone service, providing patients access to an appropriate healthcare professional every day of the year, without the need for repeated assessment. Within this job you will be responsible for: • Diary management for the IUC CCM Team, ensuring to achieve a balance between internal and external meetings. • Making travel and hotel bookings and processing expense claims • Supporting the IUC CCM Team to fully prepare for meetings. This will include collating briefing material/packs and travel documents/meeting papers/hand-outs • Collating and formatting board reports in time with deadlines • Managing incoming emails, filtering and prioritising to ensure that important correspondence isn’t missed and is responded to in a timely manner. • Taking minutes if and when necessary About Care UK Care UK was founded in 1982.
