As part of their ongoing growth plan, TTC will be opening new offices in Bromsgrove at the start of July and are looking for 6 experienced Sales Executives to join their corporate sales team on a permanent basis.

As part of its remit, the TTC Group work in partnership with the Police and Local Authorities delivering police-referred driver training courses as an alternative to drivers attending court, and court-referred drink drive rehabilitation courses which can reduce the amount of time an offender is banned from driving.

Your new role
The sales function is a new team within the corporate business and will play a pivotal role in driving growth. You will show a strong customer focus, build relationships and demonstrate reputable selling and communication skills.

You will be responsible for but not limited to; making outbound calls to prospective customers (B2B), sourcing leads from the internet, events and campaigns, explaining and promoting products to prospective clients, asking qualifying questions about their interest in the products, hitting monthly/quarterly sales targets, delivering against KPI targets, building the database through cold calling, handling questions and queries, inputting order details onto the computer systems and recording customer details accurately.

What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience in a sales or telemarketing role and an understanding of sales and marketing principles/strategies is critical. You'll possess strong verbal and written communication skills, be able to negotiate and handle objections and show excellent determination/resilience. You'll have exposure to high-pressured and target-driven environments and be proficient in the use of databases with working knowledge of CRM systems.
