I have a fantastic requirement for a motivated Sales Support candidate looking for an opportunity with a reputable company that offers fantastic progression.

The role of a Sales Support Executive is to provide support to sales representatives in the field and to deal with customers or prospects. Generally, they do not have direct responsibilities for selling, but their work contributes to good customer relationships and enables the field sales team to spend more time selling.

This role requires excellent administrative, clerical, record-keeping and computing skills. The individual must also demonstrate a high level of attention to detail so that they record customer's requests accurately and issue clear instructions to other departments. Sales support professionals must have good interpersonal skills to deal with customers and collaborate with other departments in the company, such as marketing, technical, accounts and project delivery. They require excellent customer service skills to enable them to deal politely and effectively with customer's enquiries and/or complaints.

Job Responsibilities

CRAM administration
- In today's business environment, managing data is an essential requirement for success. Therefore, the Sales Support Executive is expected to maintain and manage the CRAM data so that it is accurate, up-to-date and capable of producing useful information that can help the business focus effort and resource in the most effective way.
- The CRAM tool will also be regularly mined by senior management for historical analysis and forward planning and, therefore, it will help the business greatly if the data can be kept current and comprehensively accurate.
Web Ex Creation
- Setting up Web Ex's and issuing details to the AM or via Outlook invitation
Reviewing / Issuing Customer Reports and other Secure Documents
- Reviewing reports (Penetration Test, PIC GAP reports, etc.), where requested.
- Once reviewed, these documents are to be issued securely using the appropriate secure method
Quotation Renewals
- Determining which contract renewals are due via detail contained within CRAM and issuing them 60 days in advance of the renewal date
- Producing quotations for maintenance/support renewals
