Repairs and Maintenance Administrator (working hours 8.00am – 5pm Monday to Friday)

6-month temporary role

Location: Sandwell, B69

Pay £9.50 - £10.50 per hour

The Company:

Our client is a leading privately owned company, with an unrivalled reputation within the building services sector offering a comprehensive electrical and mechanical design, installation and maintenance service across many sectors including Social Housing.

Role Overview (but not limited to):

* To administer the Repairs, Maintenance (R&M) helpdesk, specifically liaising with customers and allocating, and prioritising R&M works, including out of hours calls, referrals and follow up works.
* To identify, co-ordinate and purchase R&M services required to sustain service delivery utilising the in house systems to allocate works and process orders.
* To assist in the development, implementation and management of customer excellence implementation programme and customer relationship management.
* To assist and support officers in the management, administration and delivery of the repair and maintenance service.

Essential Skills / Attributes:

* Call Centre experience
* Use of Scripting to take emergency calls
* Outstanding proven customer care
* Able to priortise your workload
* Ability to manage conflicting priorities
* Team Player
* Adaptable to change
* Ability to cope in stressful situations
* Minimum of 2 years’ experience of working in a technical/repair and maintenance office.
* Technical Knowledge of Repairs & Maintenance
* Experience in a Repairs & Maintenance Environment is essential
* IT literate
