We are looking for ambitious, driven professionals to support company growth by owning the mobilisation of our contracts in the NHS: You'll bring our commercial contracts to life via the efficient implementation of services and delivery of excellent customer experiences thus driving business revenue.
Our NHS Mobilisation Managers are the interface between the NHS and our internal teams, ensuring maximum patient enrolment on services. You will directly engage with clinical teams across the NHS ensuring core services are maximised and that new services are embedded efficiently, smoothly and deliver the best results for customers and patients.
We are passionate about working in collaboration with the NHS to deliver choice and enhanced patient outcomes. If you believe you can do this and meet revenue and business targets then this could be the role for you.
What does a NHS Mobilisation Manager do at Healthcare at Home?
  • Drive Customer Satisfaction - Creates and maintains positive customer dialogue with the NHS to build relationships and trust. Supports NHS Trusts to manage new and existing patients as they move onto new services.
  • Promote Positive Commercial Outcomes - Ensure the delivery of high levels of customer service whilst supporting the commercial team in delivering on contract potential and developing new business.
  • Solution Resolution - Proactively identify solutions to potential customer issues. Working closely with internal teams and otherfield based colleagues to identify and rectify service issues during mobilisation and patient on-boarding.
  • Monitor and Enhance - Closely manage and monitor the critical initial phases of service rollout and patient onboarding. Review and report on service performance data and agreed customer KPIs, making recommendations for continuous improvement to our offering.
What skills, qualifications and qualities do I need to be successful?
You will have a great understanding of the NHS and be able to work well under pressure. Applying sound problem-solving skills with the ability to see solutions through to resolution you will deliver the right result for customers and the business.
Your customer focus will be fantastic. As an expert in building relationships with internal and external stakeholders you'll use your ability to prepare and deliver on sound tactical plans across multiple projects to consistently deliver outstanding results. Effective time management and multi-tasking is a necessity for this role.
As a proven communicator and a team player you will directly move the business forward by achieving commercial targets.
