Job Description Technical Support Analyst

Are you looking for a role where you will:

As a successful Technical Support Analyst you will be responsible for:
*Managing incoming calls, queries and complaints
*Analysing faults and reporting on trends
*Working with a ticketing system
*Managing the electro-mechanical device with apps and web platforms

It would be beneficial if, as a Technical Support Analyst you have experience in any of the following:
*AngularJS or PHP
*Minimum of 2 years' experience in Technical support role
*Troubleshooting experience with Apple iOS and Android mobile devices
*New product development experience

The role is based in Malvern and is paying a salary of between GBP20,000 - GBP25,000. It is commutable from Worcester, Kidderminster, Cheltenham, Gloucester, Hereford, Ledbury, Evesham, Bromsgrove, Redditch, Droitwich Spa and Pershore.
