Salary - £20,000 with OTE £24 - 27,000
Have you worked in or desire to get experience of recruitment? Have you managed accounts or have an experience of target driven sales? Do you have an eye for detail and an impeccable telephone manner? If any of these sound like you, our client may be interested in you. You must have your own car.
Our client is looking for a Business Development Advisor to work in a thriving and dynamic team to manage existing clients and candidates and to grow the business. Ideally you would have had experience managing apprenticeships.
Role and responsibilities:
Work to KPI targets
Building rapport with clients and candidates
Responsible for all your own business as defined within given area and sector
Administration of all own work
Always finding ways to increase the business and promote growth
Business to business and Candidate to business calls and relationships
Managing current contracts and working to acquire new ones
Experience and skills required:
- A proven track record of hitting targets and excellent customer service
- Ability to work on your own initiative
- Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
- Knowledge or experience of apprenticeships desirable
- Computer literate.

- Contracted hours 9am -4.30pm Monday to Friday#
- Commission and generous holiday allowance.
