Wellbeing & Extended School Provision Leader

Job starts: July 2018
Salary: SO1 - GBP24,348 Actual Salary
Contract type: Term Time 39 weeks Plus 6 weeks - 32.5 hrs per week (7:30am-8:45am, 11:15am-1:15 pm & 2:45pm-6:00pm). An additional allowance will be paid for 2 weeks work out of term time.
Contract term: Permanent

We are looking for inspiring, highly motivated and experienced Wellbeing & Extended School Provision Leader to ensure the provision of high quality care for children at the After School and Breakfast Club.

We are a large primary school with just under 600 pupils on roll. We are located in the London Borough of Newham - a vibrant, inner city borough just 25 minutes from the centre of London, within an ethnically diverse local community.

As a Wellbeing & Extended School Provision Leader at Portway Primary School, we expect dedication, hard work and commitment to secure the very best extended provision service for our families.

The successful candidate will:

??? Have a recognised childcare qualification (including NNEB, B/TEC CC, CSS (Childcare and NVQ Childcare and Education Level 3).
??? Be enthusiastic, show initiative and drive
??? The ability to build relationships with children and to liaise closely with and support parents and carers.
??? Show commitment to the school and contribute to all aspects of school life
??? Be a team player
??? Experience of managing a team
