Our client is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to manage, coordinate and deliver a number of their Community and Environment projects.

Travel across the region with regular evening and weekend work required

You will need to have experience of working with a wide range of participants, and in particular with children and young people. Knowledge around planning and delivering projects is vital, alongside line management and a positive attitude and desire to work both independently and as part of a team.

As a Coordinator you will:

  • Coordinate and deliver a number of community projects; including the development of project plans, partnerships, financial management and responsibility for the key outcomes and evaluations.
  • Ensure that all projects are inclusive and delivered to a high quality standard, to client / partner specifications, budgets, timescales and ensuring delivery is in line with minimum standards.
  • Line manage specific staff and volunteers in compliance with the organisation’s policies and procedures to ensure quality delivery of projects and professional development of staff. This will include working in ways which demonstrate best practice.

A full driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential as the role requires regular travel across the region.
