A fantastic opportunity has arisen to work with my client, a successful and growing Estate Agent in Birmingham City Centre. My client is seeking an Experienced Property Manager to join their team and take over management of their large property portfolio. My clients would require you to look after 150 properties and assist the rest of the team.
The ideal candidate will be well presented with excellent communication and organisational skills and have some experience in the property management field. You must be experienced in handling a large portfolio of properties. You must have a full UK driving license and your own car.
- Deal with maintenance requests
- Liaise with tradesmen and contractors
- Raise invoices
- Prepare quotes and check pricing
- Arrange gas safety certificates, EPC’s etc
- Arrange and attend routine property inspections
- Attend check-in/out of the property
- Quality control visits as required
- Create inventories
Working hours are Monday to Friday 8:30am - 6:00pm (No Saturdays)
In return, our client is offering a salary of £20,000 - £23,000 (depending on experience) plus other company benefits and great progression opportunities.
