£45,000 - £55,000 plus fully expensed company car / car allowance & package
Our Client is a leading leisure fit out contractor based in the West Midlands. They offer a full Design, Build and Management service to a long list of blue chip clients. They have a high level of repeat custom due to their exceptional levels of Production, Project Management and delivery.
Due to consistent growth, they are now seeking a talented Contracts Manager to join their team based in the West Midlands.
The Contracts Manager Role
As a Contracts Manager you will be able to manage multiple (4-5) projects each valued at around £1m, working with any issues as they arise.
Manage the client relationship from start to finish
Managing between 4-5 projects at any given time
Controlling all commercial aspects of each project from inception through to completion
Head up client meetings and associated issues
Put in place Health & Safety plans
Motivating and inspiring teams
Liaising on all levels to ensure effective communication is always maintained
Hand over projects on time and to budget and quality
Following all projects through all stages from start to hand over through to final accounts
Candidates will ideally have previously managed projects within the leisure fit out / fastrack sector and have refurbishment experience. Experience of cinema & bowling alley fit out projects would be beneficial.
The Contracts Manager Package
On offer is an excellent salary of up to £55k plus company car / car allowance and other various fringe benefits. The company have a strong ethos of 'looking after their own'.
