Sheridan Maine is seeking a Finance Administrator for a successful Business to Consumer organisation based in the Lichfield area.

About The Role
Working in a large office as a Finance Administrator, you will be part of a Finance team that focuses on certain aspects of the company. The office is very busy and you will have the chance to liaise with various departments within the organisation.

Duties to include but not limited to:

- Reconcile bank accounts. Investigate all transactions that do not clear automatically
- Daily completion of cash payment and transfers exceeding GBP40million
- Ensuring backlogs are maintained within agreed KPI's/SLA's
- Accurate allocation of cash, in a timely manner
- Monitor and reconcile transactions into and out of various bank accounts
- Delivery of compliance with treasury and balance sheet policy
- Identify any discrepancies related to cash postings and reconciliation

What we need?

As a Finance Administrator, the ideal candidate must;

- Show proven experience in Bank Reconciliation and Double Entry
- Have evidence of improvements within and banking environment (desirable)
- Have knowledge of the banking system (preferably gained in a bank)
