Parts Assistant, Parts Advisor £18k Aldridge based, Monday - Friday
My fleet automotive client is looking for an experienced parts assistant / advisor to join their busy team.
As the Parts Advisor your key responsibilities will be:
To ensure all incoming and outgoing calls are dealt with appropriately In line with the company's procedure.
To ensure the accurate and timely completion of all parts administration, and maintain stock items. Achieve all objectives for the Parts dept. and operate within the company guidelines and policies at all times
greeting customers and visitors courteously, professionally and in a timely manner.
Developing and maintaining professional working relationships with all customers, colleagues, suppliers and external representatives.
Building relationships with customers in order to generate sales both face to face and over the phone.
Dealing with and resolve customer queries in line with company guidelines and instructions.
As the Parts Advisor you will need to have great computer literacy and numeracy, good time keeping, and good communication skills
Kerridge or onelinke advantageous
