Salary Details: Overall package worth £30,000 + van + fuel

We are looking for Multi-Skilled Engineers with experience in the carpentry, plumbing, and plastering trades, and you would ideally hold relevant C&G qualifications. In this permanent position, you'll play a vital role in the repairs and maintenance of our empty properties in Warwick, Solihull, Coventry and the surrounding areas, and you’ll relish the opportunity to deliver a ‘right first time’ refurbishment and repair service to our customers.
As an experienced multi-trade colleague, you must be able to undertake high quality work, have plenty of flexibility and excellent communication skills. You will be experienced in property maintenance, including: carpentry, plumbing, plastering and tiling. In addition, you’ll also need to demonstrate a strong customer focus, as well as being conversant with relevant and current British Standard approved codes of practice.
