Brook Street is currently recruiting for eight candidates to join a team of Helpdesk Agents in Telford.

This is a six month temporary assignment with permanent prospects thereafter.

You will attend an in-house group training course for approximately four weeks with other new starters to learn all about the role and the processes.

Working within a friendly, team environment you will be taking calls and web chats from users, to understand the issues they are experiencing.

You will be trained how to fix the issues or assign to the appropriate team for resolution.

A key part of the role is data capturing. This involves logging information in full detail, ensuring the information is clearly and concisely written.

Main responsibilities and tasks include being a professional and helpful character, being a flexible person who can adapt to any situation.

The purpose of the role is to support and provide IT assistance to workers, enabling them to have the maximum use of the technology and IT infrastructure available to them.

The objective for this role is to offer support services.
