‘The Bull’s Head Inn’ is situated in Chelmarsh, near Bridgnorth and this successful and well-established business comprises a traditional Old English Inn, Restaurant, Bed & Breakfast and self-catering accommodation.
A position of Full Time Assistant Chef has become available, working with our very experienced and professional team of Head Chef Kieron Fowler & Chef Claire Francis. We require an assistant to work alongside Kieron and Claire, to prepare meals for a fifty-cover restaurant and a busy bar food area as well.
We are looking for a self-motivated individual who has a genuine and passionate interest in food, a good communicator and team player, and someone who is prepared to be flexible to meet the varying demands of the business during the year. Christmas & Bank Holiday working are an absolute requirement.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Chef who has good commercial kitchen experience, and who will have the opportunity to develop their own dishes and ideas into our Menus.We offer appropriate paid annual holiday, mostly straight shifts, and a friendly working atmosphere within an excellent team of people.
