Team Support Midlands are pleased to be recruiting for a Parts
Administrator to join their growing team on a permanent full time
basis. Previous experience as a Parts Advisor/Administrator within the
Motor Trade would be advantageous

Hours: 37.5 per week Mon - Fri

Salary: £15,500 - £17,500 per annum DOE

Job: This is an extremely busy, varied and critical role within the
business. One of the main responsibilities is receipting the company's
stock and verifying it for payment

Duties: Stock Receipting

Purchase Order Creation

Data Input

Manufacturer liaison

Manufacturer documentation cross-reference

Supplier invoice/credit reconciliation and verification

Customer invoicing and crediting

Stock taking and ordering

Skills required: Excellent Administration skills and computer literacy
are essential for this role

Good clear telephone manner as well as excellent written communication
skills
