We are looking for a responsible Administrative Assistant to perform a
variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties of the
Administrative Assistant include providing support to the sales and
technical team that are field based, assisting in daily office functions
and undertaking general administrative activities.
The Administrative Assistant responsibilities will vary and will require
an amount of adaptability as there will be various projects to support.
To be successful in this role you should have excellent oral and written
communication skills and be able to organise your workload. You will be
skilled in MS Excel and generally have a good grasp if IT systems and
office equipment.
Ultimately, a successful Admin Assistant should ensure the efficient and
smooth day-to-day operation of our office.
Responsibilities
• Diary management, organising and schedule appointments
• Assisting in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports mainly
using excel
• Update and maintain office policies and procedures
• Submit and reconcile expense reports
• Daily invoicing using Excel as well as producing quotes for contract
renewals again in Excel
• Liaise with support and sale team relating to any matters that may
arise that they need admin support on.
You will need to have proven experience as an administrative assistant,
able to work with little supervision using your initiative, have the
ability to prioritise work. There is allot of spreadsheet work so good
attention to detail and problem-solving skills is required
