Academics Ltd are working alongside an Ofsted 'Good' rated school in Birmingham to recruit a full-time KS3-4 Resistant Materials Teacher (D&T). The ideal candidate is a Resistant Materials teacher with secondary school experience along with experience of being a class tutor. There is TLR opportunity for those we could be subject lead.
Having undergone a recent rebuild program the school now offers state of the art teaching facilities which create a fantastic learning environment. The school has a fantastic and very supportive D&T department for staff to thrive within and aims to provide its staff and pupils with all the support necessary.
The school has great relationships with the local community providing many opportunities for staff and pupils to get involved in local events as well as offering many work experience opportunities for the pupils.
As a Resistant Materials Teacher here you will have your own bespoke development programme and the ability to constantly develop with numerous training sessions and opportunities. This is a long term position which looks to go permanent in September.
