6 MONTH FIXED TERM CONTRACT - MATERNITY COVER - OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR - IMMEDIATE START - DUE TO RURAL LOCATION YOU MUST BE ABLE TO DRIVE

Working for a family owned business based on a farm on the outskirts of Allesley Village you will work as a Office Administrator supporting the sales and management team in customer administration.

This is a varied role where you will be involved in several areas to include admin, customer service, keeping the internal CRM system up to date, order processing, maintaining spreadsheets, filing of invoices and credit notes, day to day management of post and banking, ordering stationary supplies, providing customer service via email and the telephone.

You will have previously gained some office experience and have the ability to provide exceptional customer service, administrative support and possess excellent attention to detail. You will also have the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management, have a willingness to learn and an enthusiastic approach. You will be very organised and have the ability to prioritse your work load.
