We are now seeking to recruit and experienced Talent, Learning and Development (TLD) Coordinator to join our team in Shirley, West Midlands. Working as part of a dedicated and experienced TLD team, you will be responsible for a variety of duties including administering the Employee Scholar and Education Assistance Programmes from initial request through to application achieving all required approvals, facilitating external training requests, working with external training providers, producing reports and monitoring costs. The role requires excellent attention to detail, organisational and communication skills.

In order to be successful in this role you must have strong administration and co-ordination skills, ideally within a TL&D or Human Resources Function and a keen interest in pursuing a career within TLD/ Human Resources (HR). Experience of working with a Learner Management System (LMS) would be ideal; however we will consider applicants who can demonstrate a strong level of IT literacy. As you will be producing reports, you must be fully conversant with Microsoft Office. You will be an excellent communicator who is able to liaise with stakeholders at all levels and be keen to develop your skills.
