A progressive and sociable firm based in Birmingham is seeking a Team
Administrator to support their senior management and wider team. With
slick offices in the city centre, the successful individual will be
upbeat, engaging and have experience in financial services or legal.

The role will encompass a wide variety of financial tasks. For
instance, you may be updating client accounts and amending bank
details; producing monthly reports in relation to ISA subscriptions;
preparing valuations and presentations for meetings; updating the
several databases and administering expenses. Alongside this, you will
be providing support for senior management through diary management,
coordination of meetings and chasing of missing paperwork.

This is a dynamic role with a mix of finance/investment administration
alongside PA work. Ideally you will be IT savvy with some experience
in investment or finance.
