My client is a large blue chip company based on the Blythe Valley Business Park they are looking for a receptionist to cover holiday from Monday the 6th to the 17th of August.

Based on the front of house the hours of work are Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm with 1 hour lunch.

Hourly rate of pay will be between £9phr/£10phr

Your responsibilities will be:
Providing a professional service on reception
Taking and dealing with calls in a timely efficient manner
Log in of all visitors to the building
Raising of security passes required for meetings in advance
Issuing car park passes
Dealing post incoming and outgoing
You will also support with the hospitality administrator for the office meetings that take place on site this will involve arranging for teas/coffee/sandwiches
Some general administration will also be required

You should already have good general IT skills of using Word/Excel and Outlook and have experience and background of working as a Receptionist previously.

Due to the location of these offices and limited public transport the ideal candidate would have access to their own transport or to live local to Blythe Valley.
