Our client is one of the leading food production businesses in the UK and is looking to add a Continuous Improvement Manager to their Senior Management Team.

This client services millions of customers on a weekly basis through it’s relationships with the UK’s leading supermarkets and the site is recognised as one of the best performing in the industry.

Role Details

You will get the opportunity to lead the sites Continuous Improvement strategy, whilst working with a committed, forward thinking, energetic and motivated Senior Management Team that’s led by a Site Director that will support, recognise and develop your career.

It will be your responsibility to drive and deliver the sites Continuous Improvement programme in line with the group strategy. To work with the heads of department to identify, build, deliver sustainable and cost-effective improvements in key areas of the business; to include but not be limited to the following departments.

Production, Operations, Health & Safety and Engineering

Successful projects may be trialled and implemented at other sites within the division or group. Your involvement in the implementation of these projects with be critical to there success.


Expert in lean tools and techniques (DMIAC, DFSS, OEE)

Experienced in FMCG, Food Production & Manufacturing environment

Building and implementing Continuous Strategy, including costs analyst and budgets

Coaching & guiding leaders in lean methodologies and techniques

Identifying & building teams for project implementation and sustainability programmes

Lead & drive complex quality resolution programmes

Developed department KPI’s (dashboards and control functions)

Write and train site SOP’s
