This new role is a combination of systems analysis, development, and support. Working with end users and internal customers is a crucial part of it, so you must be confident and diplomatic.

Technical requirements are:

Experience of developing in PHPGood experience of web development languages and tools including HTML, CSS, XML, JavaScript and JQuery.Relevant server side scripting and development languages in a Windows Server / IIS environment.Knowledge of relational databases, particularly MS SQL Server.Experience of VMWare / SANsYou will need some front-end and some back-end development skills, as you'll be working on web interfaces that need actually to work, and be usable by the end customers. You'll be part of a small development division within a larger IT department. It's a very supportive and friendly team and a pleasant working environment.

OFFICIAL JOB PURPOSE:

To support and develop corporate business applications in terms of requirements, integration, programming, testing and implementation.To provide technical and user documentation on the above.To assist with the construction of development plans with internal customers.To support SQL and Oracle databases.N.B.
