35k OTE with uncapped commission (Generous 20k basic + 15k OTC) + Company car or car allowance + excellent benefits.

B2B Community Sales Executive, what does it mean? As part of our business sales team you will be selling products and services to prospective clients within defined territories and campaign areas. You will be out in the community knocking on a minimum of 40 doors per day, day in, day out, come rain, sun or snow. Converting self-created leads and closing opportunities via field and desk sales for an assigned region you will be expected to make at least 1 deal per day. As a B2B Community Sales Executive you are the face of the business, be it on the high street, a business park or an industrial area. This job is exactly what you make of it; the more you put in the more you get out. You will be encouraged to use your initiative and take leadership of your territory to help us grow our business and achieve your targets.

So, what do we need from you? This is unlike any other sales opportunity; we need someone really special that can come in and think differently, giving us the edge we need to outsmart the competition. Drive and ambition are important - most of all though you need to be hungry to succeed, comfortable working to defined sales targets and resilient. You will work as part of a wider team but most of the time you will be working independently so self motivation is key. Having a track record of smashing targets is important but the ability to build great relationships during your daily door to door activities is vital. Of course, we will set you up for success by providing in-depth training; making sure you can sell the features & benefits of our products and services once you step out the door.
