A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a proactive, creative Marketing Assistant to join a well-established company based in Leamington Spa. The ideal candidate will assist with internal and external marketing activities across all areas of the business. A flexible approach to work is required due to meeting key deadlines and occasional UK and overseas travel. The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in digital marketing, photography and enjoy exhibition and trade show environments.

Duties include but not limited to:

- Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns

- Oversee a social media strategy

- Manage and maintain the organisation's website(s)

- Write and optimise content for the website and social networking accounts such as LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter

- Track and analyse website traffic flow and provide regular internal reports

- Fix any errors or bugs in online content

- Attain key performance indicators such as reducing the website bounce rate, increasing dwell time or improving conversion

- Create online banner adverts and oversee pay per click (PPC) ad management

- Edit and post videos, podcasts and audio content to online sites

- Arrange webinars and webcasts

- Write copy for email marketing campaigns

- Identify new trends in digital marketing, evaluate new technologies and ensure the brand is at the forefront of industry developments, particularly developments in mobile marketing

- Work on printed material to supplement online products

- Conducting research campaigns and customer surveys

- Drafting editorials and press release content

- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders & agencies

About You:

- Minimum 2 years' previous experience in a similar role

- Good understanding of Word and Powerpoint

- Experience with Adobe Creative suite desirable (not essential)

- Excellent communicator (written and verbal)

- Excellent project manager

- Able to priorities workload across multiple projects

- Sound knowledge of CRM systems

- Excellent IT Skills

- Ability to work on own initiative

- Approachable, supportive team player
