An exiting opportunity has a risen for an experienced Payroll and HR Project Manager to join a fast growing UK wide organisation specialising in the support of vulnerable adults with mental health, learning disabilities, Autism and challenging behaviour. The organisation operate a range of services across the UK including residential, supported living and step down services.

The Payroll and HR Project Manager post will incorporate the following duties:

  • - Able to manage and co-ordinate high profile group projects
  • - Able to communicate with staff and conduct consultations
  • - Responsible for monthly / 4 weekly Payroll for over 1,000 staff
  • - Manage Payroll for multi-site/company group
  • - Review all systems , processes and controls i.e. Starter/Leaver process
  • - Gross to Net pay calculations including Pension, SSP, SMP Student Loans, etc
  • - Oversee NLW compliance
  • - Experience of Sage50 payroll
  • - Advice Business on Payroll issues
  • - Manage Team of 3 staff
  • - Contact and liaison with HMRC
  • - Required to travel
