Job Title- Part Time Purchasing Administrator

Salary- £ 13,000.-£15,000 Based on experience/skills

Our Client is looking for a candidate with a Professional approach who is capable of working alone and managing a work load. They will need to be able to work well with colleagues and poses excellent interpersonal skills. The successful candidate will have previous experience of working in a manufacturing industry. They will be responsible for being the dedicated point of contact for all admin related duties as well as negotiating with suppliers for company orders. In order to be considered you must have strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritise a demanding workload and be able to work under pressure. Duties-

• Purchasing- Raising POs; Ordering from suppliers

• Quotation input into quotation database and filing of quotations

• Booking in of customer-supplied media e.g. drawings, CDs, etc

• Creation of job cards on job card database

• Creation, completion and filing of job folders.

• Customer purchase order filing.

• Inputting of timesheets onto job card.

• Weekly filing of timesheets.

• Delivery note production including the preparation of customer-supplied media for return.

• Delivery courier booking

• Responsible for the control of the archive and stationery stores including document retention and disposal.

• Maintaining up-to-date training and personnel records.

• Answering the telephone, responding to emails.

• Other admin related duties

Experience-

• Strong Computer skills (Word, Excel)

• Excellent interpersonal skills—able to work well with customers, colleagues and external suppliers

• Hours-

Monday - Friday- 9am-2:30pm
