Implementations Technical Coordinator

Salary GBP20-25k per annum, plus commission, dependant on experience

Monday - Friday 9.00 am - 5.00 pm



We are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic individual with first class customer service to join a successful and expanding team based in Cannock. The successful candidate will play an important role in a busy working environment.

Key Requirements:

* Dealing with clients via phone / email.
* Coordinating and managing the electronic diary
* Reporting to the Implementations Supervisor
* Technical Installations
* Setting up new hardware
* Preparing information & equipment for the training team.
* Assisting clients in completing installation documentation.
* Liaising with the Sales team ensuring all areas of the order is completed.
* Elements of Customer Support.
* Build & configure client's systems.
