Implementation Technical Coordinator
Star Employment is currently recruiting for an Implementations Technical Coordinator to join a growing business based in Cannock.
You will report to the Implementations Supervisor, and your duties will include:
Coordinating the training diary.
Preparing information & equipment for the training team.
Assisting clients in completing installation documentation.
Setting up new hardware.
Dealing with clients via phone / email.
Liaising with the Sales team ensuring all areas of the order is completed.
Element of Customer Support.
Build & configure client's systems.
They are looking for an enthusiastic administrator, who is experienced in providing first class customer service.
Salary upto £20k depending on experience
