Thriving independent, family friendly Estate Agency with local offices in Warwickshire, need a proactive, people orientated Sales Contract Chaser to ensure a smooth sales process for customers, reducing the stress that is normally associated with buying, and selling property.

Our client is a specialist in New Homes whilst also being hugely successful in the Residential and Commercial Property Market and they pride themselves on delivering a friendly, professional, efficient and most importantly honest service. As a Company they are always striving to better themselves and work as a team to deliver a first-class service to customers.

As a Sales Contract Chaser you will be managing the progression of property sales, liaising extensively with Buyers, Sellers, Conveyancers and Solicitors via phone and in writing.

Duties will include:

* Managing the progression of property sales
* Manage the communication between our client and the purchaser
* Building excellent relationships with Purchasers and Vendors over the phone and face to face as well as relationship with Solicitors representing them
* Liaison between Solicitors, Mortgage Advisors, Purchasers and Vendors throughout the sales process taking the sale through to completion
* Ensuring all files are up to date
* Supporting the team, answering and handling phone calls and general administration
* Arranging viewings as and when necessary
* Diary management - organising and maintaining the office diary to support time management and efficiencies
* General administration and providing support across all areas to ensure the smooth running of the office.

To be successful in this role you should be self-motivated, and pro-active, ideally with some experience in the local property market. You should be confident dealing with people face to face and via phone and have strong all-round administration and IT skills.
