Our growing client in Cannock is looking to recruit a Customer Service Advisor to join their team on a permanient basis.


Working in a busy, fast paced office environment

  • Handle high volume inbound calls from customers in a polite, helpful and knowledgeable way
  • Manage and process customer orders and enquiries
  • Follow up enquiries
  • Understand and identify sales opportunities and liaise with external sales team accordingly
  • Liaise with customers of order progress
  • Manage customer concerns and respond in a timely manner
  • Liaise with Technical for advice when applicable
  • Processing payments whilst acknowledging confidential legalities
  • Manage emails, fax & web based enquiries
  • Ensure workplace health & safety requirements are met
  • General admin duties


  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Positive telephone manner
  • IT Literate
  • Excellent listening skills
  • Ability to work under pressure in a busy working environment
  • Handle complaints in a calm, professional and helpful manner
  • 18 months experience in sales administration / order processing
  • GCSE's Grade A - C in English & Maths

Salary: 18,000

Hours: Either 9.00am-17:30pm or 8:30am-17:00pm
