Temporary part time Finance Administrator required for a school in Solihull for the autumn term.
Your new company
A Primary school in Solihull requires a part time Finance Administrator to cover during the autumn term. The role is for 3 days a weeks, term time only and the school is flexible on days and hours.
Your new role
You will be based in a small office working with another member of staff supporting the school's finance administration. Your role will involve processing invoices and raising orders, managing the school funds and dealing with trip and dinner monies. You will also be helping out on the school reception with visitors and parents as well as answering the phone and dealing with any other administration as and when required.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have experience of dealing with school finance and ideally have experience of using SIMS and SIMS FMS. You will also have recent experience that Hays can obtain satisfactory references for.
