Job Purpose

To drive a team to succeed across multiple sites; you will communicate key retail information across an ever evolving brand, whilst working closely with budgets and always maintaining a strong commercial mindset. In addition, the successful candidate will use their in-depth understanding of conversion methods with a view to embed a continuously improving year to date growth percentage.
Their ability to lead and inspire across multiple teams will be second to none, along with a tenacious attitude towards communication and challenge so as to implement effective decisions in a high pressure environment.

Key Responsibilities
Multi-site Store Management - in an assisted retail sales environment.
Regional Conversion and KPI performance
Payroll vs Budget management
KPI Management
Monitoring Customer Experience in your region
Execute and communicate the retail plan set by the senior team
Management of underperformance.
Innovate and inspire through remote Regional Management
To hold regular Management Meetings to drive results and deliver key business directives within your region.
To inspire, coach, develop and motivate your people to achieve and exceed KPI's whilst delivering excellent customer service.
Monitoring headcount
Succession Planning pipeline - To develop and grow your Regional Succession plan
To work in partnership with your People Business Partner to drive the People agenda within your Region
To be a great leader by inspiring your team of Store Managers to deliver and exceed business expectations for the region
To support the Head of Retail by taking an active role in contributing to the development of the Retail strategy, to ensure the delivery of the long-term vision
Take action that drives sales and profitability for your region.
Ensure that all Store Managers actively deliver the Retail Experience and engage and inspire their teams to deliver the customer journey.
Be the face of the Company and set the vision for the region by setting clear goals and objectives for your direct reports.


An excellent track record of increasing sales and profitability
Previous National or Regional Senior Management experience within an innovative retail business
Ability to develop and lead teams, acting as the ultimate role model and mentor
A proven track record of delivering results, with a strong commercial mindset
A passion for delivering a world class customer experience through their people
An excellent communicator with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels
The ability to work on own initiative and make effective decisions
Ability to work effectively in a highly pressurised, challenging and demanding environment
