Do you want to work for a well established company within their field? Are you looking for a new exciting administration/coordinator opportunity?

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the company as a Business Coordinator on a permanent basis. The hours are Monday to Friday between 8:30am-5pm, however there does need to be slight flexibility around this.

You the ideal candidate will be a fantastic coordinator with excellent communications skills. You will be able to communicate strongly with engineers, various departments and suppliers. You must provide a great customer experience from start to finish. You will be required to raise specialist orders, handle customer enquiries by telephone and e-mail, liaise and coordinate with suppliers, uploading drawings, project support. You will be able to deal with customer complaints efficiently and resolve them where possible. As well as providing a first class customer service for all customers.

The key duties within this role will be dealing with customers, coordinating engineers and liaising with occupiers.. You will work proactively help to arrange appointments, booking in engineers. The role is extremely varied and very hands on. You will be an exceptional communicator, providing fantastic customer service. You will also have fantastic attention to detail, and extremely accurate in everything you do. Full training will be provided if you do not have experience within the manufacturing industry.

Experience of customer service and coordination within a previous role in any industry will be advantageous. However if you are an exceptional coordinator and can multitask this is the role for you! You will be proficient in Microsoft office and using databases. You will be self-motivated but able to work alone and as part of a vibrant team. A passion for coordination and organisation will be advantageous. The company also offers a competitive holiday scheme, along with a pension. As well free parking and dress drown Fridays
